Many people are probably unaware that the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is a cabinet-level agency. In addition to the well-known agencies such as the Forest Service and the 4-H clubs, the USDA is also responsible for the National Agricultural Library, the Agricultural Research Service, and the Economic Research Service, among others. Each of these agencies plays an important role in supporting the agricultural industry in the United States.<\/p>\n
