Nicole Fried is an American lawyer and politician who served as the 12th Florida commissioner of agriculture from 2019 to 2023. A member of the Democratic Party, Fried graduated from the University of Florida in 2003.<\/p>\n

Simpson was born in Hillsborough County and raised in Trilby, Florida. He attended the University of Florida, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in agronomy in 1992. He then worked as a farm manager and real estate developer. In 2001, he was elected to the Florida Senate, where he served until he was term-limited in 2022. He was then elected Commissioner of Agriculture in 2023.<\/p>\n
